Business Process Mapping

Business Process Mapping is a powerful tool that can provide users with a solid understanding of any business process, and help them find efficiencies through the analysis and improvement of the processes. This course teaches participants the cycle of examining their company’s business processes for efficiency improvement; understanding how the processes deliver business objectives, manages risk, and measuring success.

At the end of this workshop, participants would have a good understanding of how to identify all the steps of a process, examine key business processes within a business to review risk and key controls, how to map the process and analyse for improvement. Participants will learn how to use different tools to conduct these exercises and have the opportunity to practice using them during the workshop.
