This course is designed to provide participants with a better understanding of business processes and its importance to the organisation for managing business growth. As a business grows, support systems need to be in place to deliver the needs of customers and also its front line staff. Outdated processes in the business may no longer be effective and can be a stumbling block to business growth and efficiency.
At the end of this course, participants would have a good understanding of the need for business process management and how to go about forming and organising a team for business process improvement exercises. Participants will learn how to use different tools to conduct these exercises and have the opportunity to practice using them during the workshop.
