Organisations have plans for business growth and expansion. Measures of success for these plans are known from the financial statements and reports on income and expenditure. Successful companies have performance management systems in place to report on the results of activities. However, these reports are usually stated in financial terms. Where performance is not stated in Ringgit or sen, no measurements exists.
This program is designed to improve a manager’s understanding of managing an organisation or department by monitoring key results areas that deliver the organisation’s objectives. Areas of analysis are not limited to financial results, but include areas on efficiency improvement, managing customers, learning and human resource. Use the KPI Scorecard to understanding how to manage performance for delivering business objectives, managing risk, and measuring success.
