Managing Performance Through the KPI Scorecard

Organisations have plans for business growth and expansion. Measures of success for these plans are known from the financial statements and reports on income and expenditure. Successful companies have performance management systems in place to report on the results of activities. However, these reports are usually stated in financial terms.
