This workshop is designed to guide employees to understand and practice interactive communications with colleagues in the organization as well as with customers and suppliers to achieve team and organization goals.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to learn to improve on communications skills by listening, speaking and observing, be aware on the areas of improvement, and pick up tips and practice on negotiations with customers and suppliers. Basic oral presentation skills, writing reports through skills and techniques and skills practice sessions on business communications will also be covered.
